Mini Album Using the Envelope Board

Below you will see the Pink Paislee Hope Chest Mini Album that I made using the NEW!!!!! Envelope Punch Board. This month I chose to use the envelope board to do my mini album. I must say I LOVE this board!! Fast and easy once you get the hang of it. Before I glued the envelopes I put in a circle and a brad to tie some string around the envelopes to keep them closed. Using a couple of the sizes and this thing can go up to some big envelopes too!! I so loved this collection the vintage light pinks and just a hit of color through out so I pared it up with some browns. The ephemera packs are chucked full also. I used several elements from Flamingo Scrap

On the cover I used Chipboard and prepped it with Gesso, Then I mixed some Tim Holtz Distress Paint Broken China with some heavy molding paste and used a brick stencil. I then used Prima Chalk Edgers Vintage Pink, Pastel Pink and Pastel Brown to add the different shadings around the cover. And then I cut some of the Prima SIIC Hexagon Clear to add just a little bling to the cover.

With this typewriter I used TH Distress Paint Black Soot and Silver. I used Pink Paislee She Art — Coffee Filter Sheets Words for the paper coming out of the typewriter.

The front of the book I used the Prima Symphony Blend Amoroso Pink, Prima Sherwood Rose Partridge and then I used the Prima Chalk Fluid Edger Vintage Pink and the Prima Chalk Fluid Edger Pad – Pastel Pink. Then I used the Prima Ceylon White Wedding to color these flowers by spraying them with water after you use the chalk edgers. By doing this it blends the colors to make it look more natural. I also used a Maya Road Trinket Pins Crystals

To close this book up I used a Tim Holtz Buckle and some Prima Alencon Lace 1
I tucked the lace under the typewriter so it would hold the lace in place.

Now on to the inside of the book...
Pages 1-2
I used a FabScraps Die-Cut Grey Chipboard Decorative Hinges
and used them as a place to put pictures or tags.

I wanted to tell you how I did this Maya Road Metal Trinket Clips Dressform I took some of the Prima Alencon Lace 1 and Fabri-Tac and just ruffled and scrunched it up. Thought this was just a little touch and was not hard at all.

Inside of each of the envelopes are tags as seen here...
