Pink Paisley Secret Crush Mini Fold Album

Good Morning all you flock followers!! Today I have decided to do a Valentine's mini fold Album using a recycled craft file folder and using the Pink Paisley Secret Crush collection. I used with this album all of the line of Secret Crush....and threw in some Teresa Collins stamps from the Vintage Finds collection and also some Prima yummy's!! This is really hard to explain (I began writing and looked at it and thought no one will ever be able to understand it)....but once I get my Scrap Studio done I will be making video's of my work and some tutorials. Right now it is tore apart. And looks like the house is just one big scrap area. I will be finishing up this week hopefully. Hope you enjoy this mini that I have made. Here is a quick tutorial for how I made this Mini Fold Album. I have seen this made on a YouTube video and for the life of me can not find it again. But, if I do find the person that I got this idea from I will pass along her information.

First off you need a manila folder the top one. I am using a craft recycled one from Staples. But, you can find the yellow ones anywhere. The one that you use is the first one of the 3 different tabs.

You want to open it up to where the tab is on the top.

Now you want to fold the bottom up to the tab on your left side in half. And crease your line.

Now you want to take and fold the left side of your folder with the tab going over the center of your first half of the file folder.

Crease this down to where it is flat

Now how I do the next part is take your score board and line it up against the edge and you want to score the line right next to the fold of the first part. So that it will be flush to the first half. This is very important. That is why I use my score board.

Now you have the fold as seen in this photo.

This is what the back of your book will look like.

Now that you have this little album folded it is time to decorate. I decorated it and then glued the folds down with Scotch quick dry adhesive on the folds. This was such a fun and fast project to make. Hope my instructions were not to hard to follow. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.
