Sassy Cheryl's Challenge #26 - Polka Dots

This week at Sassy Cheryl's Judy is hostessing and she's set the stage with POLKA DOTS on our card or paper project. On this project I also used a sentiment from Sentiment is from Elegant Word Art. Hope you like my sassy little girl tormenting her mother....LOL!!!
